| With the rapid improvement of the social informatization degree, a large number of private information networks had been established to meet the internal demand of informatization in various industries so that it is possible to deal with services by online office, television, telephone conference and e-commerce. The focus of many operators in the market competition tends to be the consumers with huge business requirements, high business revenue contributions and great social influence. The high quality service provided by high-end consumers is the major factor to determine the unwavering success in the business market.The current networking deployment of radio & television company, china telecom and china mobile company has long relied on the technologies such as E1(2M dedicated line), DDN(Digital Data Network), FR(Frame Relay) and ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode). But the network cannot meet consumers’ demands owing to the aforementioned drawbacks, which are mainly embodied in security and reliability of information transmission, and network extension.The adoption of SDH(Synchronous Digital Hierarchy) technology is the mainstream transmission scheme for metropolitan area network. In this paper, we make a study on the application for MSTP(Multi- Service Transport Platform) on the basis of SDH. Firstly, we introduce MSTP-centric technologies such as GFP(Generic Framing Procedure) encapsulation protocol, VC(Virtual Concatenation), and LCAS(Link Access Procedure SDH) protocol. Secondly,the design of application system about provincial court private network for video meeting is to achieve the held of hd video conference in provincial 3-level court, which is comprised of the analysis of engineering background, the scale of engineering project, the explore of system characteristics, the discussion of system function and the application of system design. Lastly, the arrangement of video conference room and the equipment of conference system are planned in this paper. |
