The Application And Thinking Of Project Management For Telecommunication Software Integrated Project In The Overseas

With the continuous development of information technology, the computer software industry also get peaked, system software applications penetrated into the corners of the human society from laboratory, such as education, health care, telecommunications and software industries. In order to support and adapt to the business development requirements and overseas expansion of the operators, telecommunication software industry is rapidly developing in its scale, delivery maturity, and software quality. For the delivery of such telecommunications software projects, domestic and foreign integrators usually use integrated delivery method. At present, competition in this area is very fierce, including Ericsson, IBM, Huawei and other many first tier suppliers.Aimed at the overseas project management method of telecommunication software integrated project delivery, based on the domestic and foreign telecom system integration project delivery case investigation, this thesis combines project management theory analysis with personal practical experience in delivery, uses charts to identify, analyse, deliberate and collect solutions around the integrated project delivery. Based on the software project delivery process, this thesis focuses on the complete project management system which was implemented in the UK, Uzbek large-scale integrated software projects. This project management system achieved good delivery results and obtained the Uzbek mobile CEO Autograph Gratitude Letter. This thesis is valuable for reducing the risk of overseas telecom integrated project delivery, improving the management level and the project management system.
