With the era of IOT(Internet of things), the wireless sensor network has developed rapidly. It has been used in many areas such as intelligent Home Furnishing, intelligent transportation, agricultural automation fields. As a good wireless sensor device, ZigBee device is widely used, so the test according to the requirements of ZigBee equipment is also expanding. In order to ensure the normal communication of each equipment, every equipment must meet the required standards. So every equipment must be tested and the test parameters including transmit power, receive sensitivity and so on. Generally, the tests relying on artificial turned to be resource-wasting and irregular, which will bring hidden trouble to the ZigBee equipment. Therefore, precise and rapid research and development of Zig Bee conformance automatic test system is of great significance.This thesis mainly introduces the research status of automatic test system of ZigBee. According to the ZigBee protocol and IEEE802.15.4 standard, I put forward the test scheme for Zigbee equipment parameters and develop the automatic test system. The system includes five functional modules: basic information, test scheme selection, parameter configuration, test history record and report automatic generation module. I also give the flow chart and software structure design.Experiments show that this system is more accurate and fast than the traditional manual test system. The system not only makes automated testing come true, but also improves the testing efficiency. It can assist equipment manufacturers, certification bodies and research unit test and research work.
