The Design And Implementation Of New Rural Cooperative Dedical Information Manegement System

As the government establishing a new type of rural cooperative medical care system ahead, and as the size of the funds and the numbers of farmers growing,the farmers’ business and data informationization management has become an inevitable trend.The new rural cooperative medical system is safeguard farmers’ health for basic aim.The NCMS competent departments through the cooperative medical system, rational distribution and use fund of cooperative medical treatment, to provide basic care to peasants prevention and health care services. On the base of reform and development,mainly according to the farming bussiness datas,with considering the social and economic information and the other public health information, medical institutions, we design and complete the system to achieve the sharing and exchanging the information between all levels of the medical institutions,health administrative departments and agency of new farming orgnaization.The new rural cooperative information management system is expounded the use of advanced software engineering idea to develop a practical business process and procedure of the system.The system mainly uses B/S architecture, and some functions uses C/S architecture, to ensure that the system has good practicability and extensibility.The funcion requirements of system is divided to foundation information inquires,submit an expense account management, medical insurance card management, reimbursement management, notice management function module and so on. The system is provided to medical staffs,and they can comprehensively manage covering insurance, payment, reimbursement, cancellation and other related information.The new rural cooperative medical information system uses MyEclipse as a development tool and based on the Java language.This system uses the database of MySQL, and use server of Tomcat6.0. The development of the system close to reality environment, with a convenient use, the portability of strong, strong commonality, high safety features.The system has been basically achieved the aim of the new farmers’ information system construction, and regulated the behaviors of farmers seeing a doctor, compensation, providing convenient to farmers for medical treatment, and ensuring better care services, improving the health level of the farmers.
