The rapid development in information technology today, the rational and efficient use of network information resources of great help to society, capable of in convenient network users at the same time, also make information resources to get the maximum use of. In order to change the old information resource management, improve management efficiency, reduce management costs, 2013 World Landscape Art Exposition Jinzhou China implementation requires the design and development of a network of information resources management system 2013 World Landscape Art Exposition Jinzhou China. Through this system, the information resources more specification more efficient and reasonable co-ordination, users can quickly query and resource sharing of information resources, and to provide a broader interaction platform for the majority concerned about the people of Jinzhou International Horticultural Expo.The system uses B/S structure mode as the structure of the system as a network of information resources management system of the International Horticultural Exposition IIS 5.0 +Access + C# development environment using ASP.NET technology systems development using Html static pages, but also including the player, Media Player for video preview page effects processing using Ajax dynamic display technology. The structure of the system in general can be divided into two parts:(1) The system front desk can provide information for online visitors browse, search queries, and sharing of information resources and other services;(2) system management background, provides system administrators with user management, resource integration, system maintenance, and other related operations.Network information resources management processes as a major clue to the investigation and study of the theoretical knowledge required for system development and related technologies, compare and discuss a number of technical means, such as the B/S and C/S structure of the similarities and differences between JSP and ASP technology features to determine the pattern of development in line with the needs of the system and technology, research and analysis of the various functional blocks of the system, using the concept elaborated, problem statement, domain modeling, to build understanding of the function of the system and design, test and practical application test system design results.
