The development of real estate information acquisition system is to solve this problem.Based on the new technology of HTML5 learning, combined with the mobile Internet,3G and 4G communication, Baidu map technology to mobile devices, use the tools such as mobile phone and smart terminal to build real estate information acquisition system for the purpose of helping and improving information collection’s complement and ways.Real estate information acquisition system based on the open real estate market resources, based on the Cloud computing to deal with data, through combing to the information architecture for mobile terminal, in the view of the mobile terminal APP UI and the user interaction design, to construct three layers system structure of basic data layer, the middle control layer, outside the mining application layer, use the new technology of HTML5, HTML5 Plus Runtime, HBuilder, JS and other comprehensive development. The system based on HTML5, using HTML5 plus Runtime technology and MUI framework for mobile terminal development; make it meet on the server side of the adaptation needs and background requirements. By doing the preliminary design and implementation of a prototype to build a complete real estate information collection system.
