So use computer technology to develop an efficient management system has a student apartment is very important.This article uses Sun’s Netbeans8.0, java7.0 and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database as a development tool. Connection between Java and database jdbc done through independent, which makes parallel increase between application and database. At the same time it supports all types of data storage, optimized separate data provider for remote data, can handle a large number of users simultaneously accessing data applications. Netbeans8.0 provides a powerful development environment and visual module, more conducive to the database and data tables direct operations and treatment to improve programming efficiency and reliability. In this paper the research background firstly a brief introduction, followed by an overview of the management system to analyze the needs of Yunnan Economic Management College Student Apartment Management System, from the needs, the entire system design, system functions include system management module functions, apartment management module functions, query management module functions, personnel management module functions, access control module management, maintenance management module functions.Through this system improves the efficiency of my school apartment management to solve the cumbersome and inadequate manual management methods, has a certain reference value to other apartment management.
