The Design And Implement Of Office Automation System Besed On Web

Governmental Office Automation System, as an important part of e-government, is developing in the direction of automatic business process and customized flexibility. At present, a great many of office automation systems are short of standards and are incompetent in customization and expandability. Henceforth, it is necessary to establish a set of government-oriented office automation system which is based upon workflow technology.Firstly, the paper makes an introduction of relevant concepts like WFMC and WFMS, analyzes reference model of WFMS and its mode designing method as well as completes the modeling of government office automation system. Secondly, against the backdrop of the administrative routines of the administrative committee of Gao High-Tech Industrial Development Area, the paper analyzes and sorts out the business process of different departments, consequently puts forward a systematic designing scheme and offers the concrete steps and whole process of using WFMS to develop office automation system. Finally, based on J2 EE B/S system framework, using eclipse6.5 development tools, integration using text messages and single point landing module, a set of object-oriented design and development of the government office automation system.The implementation of the system realizes the informatization and synergistic management of BHIDA as a whole. With the help of function modules namely management of office documents, management of meetings, management of administrative affairs, the internal business processes of government are standardized. It is with the help of workflow management function module that the customized flexibility of business process and dynamic visualization monitoring are realized. For the purpose of standardizing and automating the work process between different function departments of government, to standardize work process management is of great significance in improving government efficiency.
