Design And Implementation Of Public Security Management System Based On B/S Architecture

At present, Wucheng branch of Jinhua Public Security Bureau mainly use artificial management in team management. There are a lot of drawbacks in this manage model. Based on modern information technology and network communication technology, the branch leaders propose to construct a team management information system which is suitable for Wucheng branch of Jinhua Public Security Bureau. This system aims to improve the overall quality of the contingent of Jinhua city public security, work style and work ability.In particular, the system attaches great importance to the ideological and political construction, improve staff loyalty and reliability.The main work in this thesis are:(1) through investigation and research, determine the system requirements.(2) according to the requirements, study and formulate solutions, including functional requirements, technical route, development plan.(3) according to the method of software engineering, the management information system theory and object oriented technology, carry on the demand analysis, the outline design(including database design), detailed design, programming, and testing etc..This system uses a layered architecture based on B/S mode. Specifically, based on the Browse/Server model, the system is divided into four layers, which are user interface layer, business logic layer, data access layer and data layer.The function of the system is composed of four subsystems, which are the organization and personnel management system, training management subsystem, finance management subsystem, a police inspector management subsystem. The characteristics function of this system are ideological and political construction, reward and punishment management, business training, the masses of complaints handling.In the aspect of technology, this thesis use the flowing theory and techniques to build the system, including software engineering, management information system theory, object oriented design method, Java, Javascript, HTML, CSS programming language, Rational Rose, Eclipse. The system is running on the Windows operating system and Tomcat Web server.
