The Development Of ERP Based On UML

Unified Modeling Language (UML) terminates the confusion of various Object-Oriedted (OO) methods. It draws from other methods and becomes the uniform standard of Object-Oriented methods. Rational Unified Process (RUP) is a spired and Object-Oriented method. Use Case is its drivers and the system structure is its center.It gives us a way how tasks and responsibilities are assigned exactly.So quality product can be getted.In this paper, basing on a small enterprise, we discuss the applying of the method based on UML in the development of ERP.And in the whole process the kernel of RUP is also embodied.Firsly,in this paper we analyse and compare the method of software engineering based on UML with the conventional methods, and give the specialties and strongpoints of the method of software engineering based on UML. Then we introduce UML, Rational Rose and RUP.In the part of analysis and design of the system, on the base of analysing requirement of the enterprise,we build the whole business models and the subsystem's business models,and taking the example of HR model's appointting model, we divide more the models and finish the detailed design and realized design. In the process we make use of Use Case diagram, Sequence diagram, Collaboration diagram, Class diagram, Package diagram and Deployment diagram to finish the static modeling and the dynamic modeling, and to describe business process and system structure from diverse point of view in diverse phase.In the part of realizing design, firstly we expound the designing of the database based on UML, the mapping from UML classes to relation database modeles, the mapping from UML classes to tables and the mapping of tables in AIBAS.Then we describe the mapping of C++ codes and its reverse engineering. And then we introduce the system structure based on CORBA and producing of CORBA/IDL codes. At last we realize the system simply with a CASE tool-AIBAS.
