With the rapid development of mobile technologies of computer networks, more and more applications are extended to smartphones. Increasingly complicated as the software application environment is, many disadvantages were discovered on online booking systems. It’s hard for people to get a ticket on spring festival days. This thesis is doing research on booking technology on mobile terminals.Booking system based on mobile terminals is aiming at accelerating the process of diversification, providing more expansive platform of communication and interaction for mobile service providers, companies and passengers. People could book tickets whenever and wherever, providing more simple operations and more safety, together with lots of convenience. This thesis is studying how to solve the above problems using the Java EE related technologies, using object-oriented design ideas during construction of information platform for the Local Maritime Manage System; the article addresses the following issues:1. The necessity and feasibility of the concept of booking system based on mobile terminals;2. RBAC theory is applied to the booking platform, divided into various user roles and the functional responsibilities, and security control;3. Design and build the local booking system, the formation of the actual results and put into practical application. In the first place, the thesis establishes models for each sub module according to the demand of the local booking system, then gradually clarify it and select development environment technology solutions. Taking a brief introduction of Java EE frameworks and MVC develop model. Construct the RBAC model based on users’ needs, and with this model describes the system user groups, lists the actual needs of each user group. And then, I divided the system into 5 sub modules: login module; user management module, ticket information release module, ticket information collecting module and orders management module. All five module are based on RBAC model which gives different users the different authority and management, a complete description of the work processes and relationships of the various functional sub-modules. Database design, E-R diagram to show the concept of structural design of the database, and gives the corresponding database key table field. Finally, I described the database using process and show the system runtime pictures. Then introduce white-box and black-box testing theory and tools and take functional testing and pressure testing with these tools. Discussing security issues properly meet at the daily maintenance and how to precautions, use load runner test access functionality of the entire system and gave test report.
