Design And Development Of Invoicing Data Management System Based On Mobile Platform

With the continuous development of computer and network technology,computers and networks have been closely integrated with enterprise management.A large number of management information systems are commonly used in the daily management.The invoicing data management system is extremely indispensable for some enterprises.The management information systems on PC are quite mature.In the past ten years,smart mobile terminals have been gradually popularized.Data analysis by the mobile phone industry demonstrates that,in 2019,the number of mobile phone users in China are 108.68 million,and the number of mobile terminal users has far exceeded the number of PC users.The operation mode of the invoicing data management system will inevitably gradually become mobile.No matter how it changes,the invoicing data management system has a huge market demand,and the invoicing data management system based on the mobile platform is increasingly favored by enterprise managers and employees.ERP software of various sizes is too expensive for MIS,and the operation is too complicated.MIS only needs a flexible and easy-to-use,standardized management,intuitive interface and in line with the characteristics of mobile platform operation management data management system.The company owner needs to open the mobile phone anytime and anywhere to understand the product information of the warehouse and the store,the customer's collection and payment information,various commodities,and fund statements.However,the invoicing data management system is more professional,and the development on the mobile side has not been as rapid as on the PC side.It can be said that the development of enterprise information management systems lags far behind the development of e-commerce apps.And with the gradual popularization of the Internet and 5G networks,and the further development of mobile terminal technology,the service and application of enterprise information management systems on the mobile terminal will also have a very large development space and potential.This thesis uses the actual needs of a clothing wholesale company at Shenzhen as an opportunity to carry out in-depth analysis and research on the company's business and market conditions,clarified the project goals and needs,and gave full play to the characteristics of the mobile terminal,such as the touch screen interface without keyboard.Operation characteristics,design picture-guided operation style;mobile phone is easy to carry,shopping guide,and billing are all at hand;technically,make full use of cloud service technology to platform business services and front-end services,which can centralize different businesses in the industry On a unified platform,lay a good architectural foundation and data foundation for subsequent value-added services.It can be regarded as a little innovation and attempt to the data management system of the invoicing and inventory of the mobile platform.This thesis discusses the implementation process of this project in terms of requirements analysis,system design and implementation,deployment and testing in accordance with the general process of software development.The characteristics of the requirements in this project,the main development technologies used,the requirements of database design,the key technologies of system design and implementation,the method of system deployment and the test process and results are described,and the results of the experiment are shown.
