Operation and maintenance costs,staff shortages, efficient service constraints and other issues continue to affect thedigital medical process. How the asset ’s life cycle accurate, procedures, assets undermanagement; how the existing medical equipment for the most effective management;how to make the management of operation and maintenance work easier operation andmaintenance work to improve the hospital ’s efficiency; this series of problems that weneed to face.Firstly, the hospital faced asset management and operation and maintenancemanagement work carried out field research to understand the operation andmaintenance of the hospital business needs, on this basis needs analysis, the overallarchitecture of the system design, operation and maintenance of combinedcharacteristics of the system is divided into user login module, asset managementmodule, operation and maintenance management module and the performance appraisalmodule four function modules design and implementation. Focus on the completion ofthe core modules asset management and operation and maintenance managementmodule to assist users to solve the hospital daily asset purchase, reimbursement, etc.,complete equipment repair and maintenance, and dispatching staff on duty work inshifts. After the system functionality and performance from the two aspects of the test,the test process and results of the analysis showed that the digital hospital IT operationand maintenance platforms have reached the feasibility and effectiveness of the pre-design requirements.
