Abstract/Summary:
From the beginning of computer technology to today,intelligent office has been successfully integrated into various industries.With the continuous change of enterprise work content,and the functional modules of enterprise internal system are increasing,the system becomes more and more complex,and the difficulty of monitoring the system is beginning to increase.In order to ensure the normal operation of the system business,each operating department has to own its different monitoring and management means.However,the complexity of monitoring means could not effectively decrease the problems when the system is running.On the contrary,an excess of monitoring and management modes of operation and maintenance will make the different departments can not effectively communicate with each other,and the information of mutual effect on different departments will be hidden,but those don 't solve the difficult situations of system operation and maintenance effectively.Considering that the complexity of monitoring and management methods will make the overall maintenance costs of cross-departmental platforms higher and higher,when there is something wrong with the equipment,even if the corresponding measures are taken to solve the problem,it is inevitable to cause amount of economic loss.This paper describes an operation and maintenance monitoring platform which can uniformly monitor different kinds of equipment.Use Spring and Spring MVC framework to complete the development of the module,then achieve the functional requirements of the platform.Use the SNMP protocol to unify various types of equipment for monitoring and management,through the CMDB configuration management database integrating resources,processes,information and relationship mapping,to build the operation and maintenance monitoring platform foundation.Combined with the random forest algorithm,the fault prediction model obtained by training with monitoring data can predict the possible faults of the equipment in the platform,and provide the prompt information of fault warning to the platform users.I participated in the implementation of topology management,independently completed the function design and the development implementation work of the facility monitoring management module,the equipment information management module,the terminal management module,the component management module,the equipment configuration management module,the document management module,and the alarm management module in the operation and maintenance monitoring platform.The operation and maintenance monitoring platform completed by this project achieves the goal of unified management of different devices,provides unified protocol support for the operating system,network equipment,middleware and virtual machine equipment commonly used in enterprises,improves the environment of equipment monitoring and improves the efficiency of operation and maintenance.The fault prediction model constructed by the random forest algorithm can make fault warning of the problems such as system failure,so that reduce the loss caused by system failure to enterprises.
