With the rapid evolution of traditional broadband to high-speed broadband,to promote the "fiber era" to accelerate the arrival.National "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" proposed,"to guide the construction of broadband wireless city,to promote urban fiber to the home,to speed up the construction of broadband networks in rural areas,and comprehensively improve the broadband penetration and access bandwidth." In this context,China Telecom corporation launched in 2011,"Broadband China Optical Network City",the goal of the basic realization of all the city above the city of fiber,third tier cities to achieve more than 4M broadband access,second tier cities to achieve more than 8M Access,the core city to achieve 20 M to 100 M fiber home.China Telecom Xinyu Branch has set up more than 20,000 optical branching device and optical network infrastructure such as more than 1,000 optical cable cross connection cabinet in recent years to reach more than 100,000 FTTH subscribers in order to meet the goals set by China Telecom corporation.The increase in infrastructure and the growth of the user has brought various problems,how to quickly locate the infrastructure of resources,eliminate user failures,manage the optical network resources to make it accurate and so on operators to operate a huge optical network problems.This paper attempts to combine computer network technology,mobile Internet technology and traditional telecom resource management system to develop a system suitable for Xinyu Telecom optical network resource management,realize resource query,location,dynamic fiber management,user data query,fiber label printing and other convenient features,reduce operator operating costs,improve work efficiency.The whole system is built on the B / S model,the server-side stored procedures to complete the optical network resources of various data collation,update and insert,summarized in the background server for centralized processing,classification stored in the database.The main functions of the server are: large database storage,equipment resource summary,resource classification,query background execution and other functions.The browser client implements data query and modification of data attributes.At the same time the development of mobile APP client,and the server through the JSON data to interact,APP client through the Bluetooth driver label printer to print the label.This paper focuses on the function of optical network management system,database,APP client interface design.And the design of the background to achieve the background configuration center,optical splitter management,FTTH user resource query,dynamic optical path management,optical path label printing and other modules,and finally the system of functional testing,non-functional testing and other related work were described,and the project Made a summary,put forward the next step more perfect development direction.
