This paper design and implement a system used for the efficient management of optical network resources, based on the field of existing network resource management system as the foundation, and combining with the current market demand. Aimed at solving the existing system in the defects of lack of network resource management, in order to achieve the rational allocation and use of resources. In the whole life cycle of the broadband network resources management in the process of the system will be the basis of the essential support. Both complete automatic warehousing network resource, and data for a variety of resources for automatic audit, or finish cut over the maintenance of the network resources and so on, are inseparable from the use of this system.Whole system is based on B/S model, the client to complete the network resources of all kinds of equipment of attribute data entry, summary to the backend server for centralized processing, classification is stored in a database. The client’s main function is:the equipment resources information collection, equipment resource property statistics, provide aided design information query, etc. The main functions of the server is:large database storage, collect equipment resources, resources classification, query the background, and other functions. In this paper, the network resource management system, including its principle, specific technical scheme, as well as the implementation and testing of each function module is introduced in detail. This paper focuses on the function of the network management system, database, the client interface design. And realize network resource management system in the design level, select a few of the more important function module system, such as pick up a few tests from the audit data preprocessing module function point, pick up a few tests from the resources integrity audit module function point, pick up a few tests from the network resources calibration function points for each functional tests respectively, USES the many kinds of test methods from various angles on the system to conduct a comprehensive test. The final will be the filed test results. Test results show that the system main function point can play their using effect and system performance in terms of safety, after a long trial showed high reliability advantages, can realize the effective management of network resources.
