Therefore, to achieve OLED fixture production localization, to promote the company the development of OLED technology and reduce the R & D, production cost, has an important influence.Development and production of OLED aging module fixture, complete localization of production to achieve OLED fixture. Shorten the OLED fixture of the delivery time, reduce the cost of procurement OLED fixture, reduce the dependence on imported products, thus promoting the rapid development of OLED industry.OLED fixtures for the OLED module of different models, there are differences in the design. In this design, the design of the OLED signal generator module aging need unified, reduces the problem of signal source module OLED following different aging, at the same time, this design also with 2.23 inch OLED module as an example the aging platform module design. Provides the basis for the design and subsequent aging module platform.The need to control in the design of the software part includes key scanning, read and write FLASH, display control, sequential control, etc. In this software in the design of the need to control task is less, don’t need to join the embedded operating system. In this design was to realize the above functions, the software adopts loop structure can be realized. This software would have been in circulation, in a loop to realize real-time scanning of buttons, depending on the scan button respectively perform FLASH read, system display, as well as aging module. The testing of the software design of system function test method is used for testing. After the functional test, the software design of this system meet the requirements.In this design, I completed the software and hardware design of OLED module is installed in the old chemical signal generator, and successful completion of the debugging, the signal source and the power supply can provide a standard for the OLED module. Complete module aging with hardware design platform, puts forward the structure design scheme of the platform. After testing the design tool can meet the need of production.
