| With the development of computer network and hospital information technology, informatization has been rapidly gone in everyone, material management of hospital services for medical activities, teaching and research projects, in order to realize the logistics modernization operation in management of hospital, The main job is developing a material management system of the hospital based on logistics information conditions, from the beginning of the planning stage, the system designs the purchase management, materials storage management, use management, repair management and financial management in a standardized management. Through this solution, the system can regulate the hospital logistics management. By using the information technology, the system can greatly reduce the hospital medical staff workload, reduce the huge losses from the errors, at last improve the management of logistical work efficiency in hospital.This system is built by using JAVA language, using B/S development model and Oracle database,based on Net-beans platform, by RFID technology. It describes how to design an intelligent software in the network environment, by which the health care managers can have a materials query function, storage function and material repair scrap management function. What’s more, for the hospital departments can have booking and payment functions and the material recipients function. The main work and achievements of this paper include:First, the paper shows the reason why we provide the hospital logistics materials management system based on the information condition. This paper researches the background and significance, and describes the research status in and abroad. The system can solve the problem which difficult current hospital logistics management. It introduce the JAVA programming language, Net-beans development tool, Oracle database and B/S development mode and other related theory and technology, behind these techniques will be used in the construction of flexible material management system.Second, through the field study of logistics management system of different hospitals, analyzed the specific demand in detail, including the analysis of research direction, technical difficulties, function module and the performance of the module, and from the point of view of technology, economy and market, we analyze that we can realize the logistics materials management system of hospital. Through the demand analysis, we know the overall framework of the system, from the analysis of the design principles, the network topology, the logical data layer structure and system flow, we subdivide the design of each functional module, and design the database for detailed.Third,the paper built the system development environment, followed realize each module of system, displayed the interface.Finally from the functional testing and interface testing, to test and analysis the system management, purchasing management, supplies query management, inventory management and maintenance management of the system of hospital, the test through online can be put into use. |
