The competition of China’s financial sector is becoming more intense because ofChina’s accession to the World Trade Organization and the domestic financial marketreforms and become more intense, and implementation in the fight for the right tocommunicate with customers, trading rights, the right service at the same time,emphasis on customer relations, maintenance, with above-average products andservices to retain and win more high-end customers, as new areas of commercialbanking competition and the main battlefield. In this situation, the bank must be inbusiness positioning, product features, marketing, customer service differentiationstrategy in the establishment of appropriate customer segments, according to thedifferent types of clients develop high-quality customer standards, different levels ofquality implementation of differentiated services to customers in the fiercecompetition in the consolidation and development of high-quality customers,differentiate themselves from competitors in order to determine differences in marketpositioning and competitive strategy, establish and strengthen the bank’s competitiveadvantage.To achieve the above goals, it relates to customer relationship management. Inthis paper, the unit’s actual demand for office automation system for the background,the use of software engineering ideas, designs and developed a J2EE-based officeautomation systems, including business requirements analysis, system frameworkdesign, development and some other functional modules. The main contents of thepaper are as follows:(1)Through customer relationship management system, a comprehensiveexposition, with the current development status and the lack of research in this paperto determine the main problem areas;(2) established a system function using the UML model and data model;(3) Combined with knowledge of workflow, the workflow model of the systemanalysis and design of units of customer relationship management system in line withthe workflow engine;(4) Design a specific business process and system design decomposition offunctional modules, in accordance with the principles of database design, databasestructure for planning; (5) Use decision Tree algorithm to implement customer value assessment, and theuse of the framework architecture to achieve WEB environment WSH customerrelationship management system.Managers of the specific unit or the entire management team, through the use ofthe system, can significantly reduce overall management costs, while providing a verylarge extent, improve the management of the execution; for specific employees to thatsuch a digital system implementation, after the beginning of a short run-in period, willbe able to a large extent, improve efficiency and customer satisfaction, but also beable to reduce a large extent on the work time.
