Based On B/S Structure Of E-learing Platform Design And Implementation

Firm needs innovation to develop and the employee needs to improve to be the motivity of firm’s development. In order to have a team with powerful competitiveness, more and more firms input large energy and human resource on employee training program.Based on the analysis of e-Learning platform around its research status and future development, this paper mainly introduces one of the e-Learning platform—ELP, which is based on B/S architecture, developed from Struts structure and visited through Web. ELP is a integrated network platform that combine with online text system, courseware management, information management and communication system. In this paper, it emphasizes the systematic structure and whole design of ELP, and describes the design and realization of each module and concludes some applicable key technologies.So far, ELP has been applied into practices and achieves favorable outcome.
