The army cadres are the forces of mainstay, talent is strong and strong army, army strong. With the rapid development of Internet information technology, the army as a special unit, also need to speed up the pace of the construction of military information. Our military personnel management in the traditional personnel management work in the low level of information, management process, the low efficiency of personnel management, etc.. How to improve the management level of the cadres and personnel management with the information technology to improve the level of the cadres and personnel management, has become an urgent problem to be solved.I according to the own work experience and problems encountered in the work, referring to related business of local cadre personnel management system, of the people’s Liberation Army unit of the cadre and personnel management system of research and analysis in this paper according to the business analysis in this article, the core business for attendance and management of cadres, dry Ministry of examination management and appointment and dismissal of cadres management module.
