Therefore, how to design an efficient management system for bank employees has received more and more attention of scholars.Based on a lot of investigation and problems at home and abroad which is about management of system, this paper has presented bank staff management system based on B / S, the system combines the results of the bank’s internal bank employees and business characteristics and features of their own, according to huge amount of data processing for information management system 、differences between the information、The speed of the transmission and authenticity of the information,we have found different problems.System is divided into personal folders, employee information maintenance, performance file management, employee attendance management, data dictionary, backup and recovery, payroll information management, internal control management, incentive information management and so on. In order to establish a system of high efficiency, strong data extending processing platform, use the technology of database development, network transmission and the distributed database application technology and system integration.In this way,we can improve the ability of the database to process data, extend the range of data processing and enhance the efficiency of data processing. The development process of system follows the idea of software engineering to create a logical model of the characteristics of business processes through analysis of bank data flow, and use object-oriented approach to design system, During the development process,we use triggers and stored procedures to increase safety of system.
