With the development of China’s market economy, technological advances, innovation of Internet technology, the emergence of smart phones, surfing on the net via smart phone is bringing great changes to people’s learning and life, For example: mobile shopping, mobile office via mobile phone, palmtop IM and information communication.According to the China Internet network information center(CNNIC) recent years released by the China Internet network development state statistic report shows that every year the Chinese netizen dimensions are increasing rapidly, reaching up to 600 million people.Among them the Internet users on cell phones hit 500 million people and the mobile phone Internet users occupy the highest proportion,keeping the first internet terminal position,it is still the main driving force of the China netizen growth. Under background of 3G widespread, Android smart phones and wireless networking context, video, music, and other high traffic mobile phones will attract increasingly users, making the mobile flow rates become focus for mobile phone users.Through market research and analysis, application specific project areas and the use of object-oriented approach to analysis and design for systems face of the object needs, the thesis will build a module needed by Android tariff traffic statistics system and abstract the data model of the system, correspondingly, establishing a database table. At the same time, the thesis analyzes and studies the system architecture, the directory structure of the Android system and elaborate how to Set up development environment and develop the MVC pattern which can reduce the coupling among modules and improve code maintainability and reusability.In order to make the system of statistical data more accurate and have a more comprehensive consideration about call charges, the thesis discuss that free conversation of communication tariff packages and Toll-free number can be set to obtain more accurate data. Then, this part of the call duration was removed by recording the values of these numbers, In addition, SMS statistics also give the appropriate settings, for example, has been joined the free volume and the number of text messages can be removed. As traffic statistics, adding free communication tariff packages into number of free traffic can help accurate data traffic system. Finally, the feedback data in different ways, allows users to grasp the use of flow rates.In the final part of the thesis,we tested the individual and overall about the android single tariff system by using UI detection method, unit testing, and overall testing and so on.at the same time, when we compare test results with the expected results, we can get the desired results.
