In addition, with the operation of the system, the system itself will produce large amounts of data files, but for the system, The system have brought great difficulties in the querying record,updating data and maintaining system. If school use the computer to manage student information, difficulties described above will solve one by one.More major is computer management has the incomparable advantages, such as: high reliability of the system, data storage, retrieval rate increased significantly.Query speed increases quickly also data privacy will be guaranteed, etc All these advantages can greatly improve the efficiency of campus office automation. These are the scientific school formalization, and the important condition of the world.The moment communication system was complteted ahead of time,which have earned unanimous praises from my leader.So far,the system is still in trial operation stage, and the required functions are already achieved basically. The parents of students generally reflect that, the software reflects the feelings of parents.Now they can do their work all day, also can understand the child’s school situation in real time.
