Whit the rapidly development of the economy of my country, escalating communications market competition, in order to enhance market competitiveness, mobile company plans to move the focus of the market to product publicity and promotion work. Therefore, mianyang mobile branch on the market of advertising spend a lot of manpower and material resources. But the result is not obvious, in order to enhance the promotion of the unification of the mianyang mobile management, mianyang mobile intends to develop its own unified management platform, this topic is based on the project.The development of this system, is based on software engineering, from requirements analysis, detailed design to the project, the system development, the final test.
