Software testing is one of the most important problems in software engineering. It also is a important process in software development. How to make software testing automatic is becoming one of serious problems in software engineering of the time because of its heavy task, long duration and high payment. The project will establish a set of arithmetic of automatic testcase generation based on API for RTK, which is developed by ExperExchange Inc. independently. Then, we will apply the arithmetic in the automatic testcase generation system. During the process of the development and research, we divide the whole task into requirements analysis, architecture design, core arithmetic design, coding and so on sub processes. We have keep researching and practicing for more than one year and we achieve the objectives of the project. We apply the UML function in the development process and make the architecture of the software systemized so that the personnel whose duties are maintenance and development later can understand the system more directly. The thesis resolved some problems such as the pattern of the testcase, system architecture, API list generation, random arithmetic, code generation and so on in the process of RTK testcase generation. It established the foundation of the perfect automatic testing mechanism for RTK.
