Design And Realization Of Library Management System Based On Visualization Technology

With the rapid development of computer technology and database technology, the visualization technology has been a newly developed subject in recent ten years. Information visualization is an important research direction of visualization technology and enhances people’s awareness of abstract information by interactively visualizing abstract data mainly visa the support of computer. It is a hot research topic in the field of information resource management and is the effective way for processing large-scale data. It can easily found the intrinsic relationship between data and improve the cognitive ability.This paper through analyzing the concept and the basic characteristics of visualization technology constructs a visual and digital library information system based on VRML virtual reality technology. This paper first introduces the background and significance of this topic, analyzes the current situation both at home and abroad and introduces the application of virtual reality technology. On this basis, this paper puts forward the main research contents and technical route. Then this paper has carried on the analysis to the related technology. And after on-the-spot survey the library, This paper carries on the analysis to the system according to the actual situation. Through analysis of the system demand and goal, this paper puts forward the whole frame of the system. This paper the designs the system of real time visualization and interaction module under the overall designed framework of the system. By means of VRML technology, this paper realizes the visualization of 3D modeling of virtual library and establishes the 3D model of the library. And this paper also realizes the real-time interactive virtual library, users can choose the role of roaming and roaming interactively camera in the system. At last, a summary of the paper is made, and the prospect and tendency of the application of information visualization in digital library is prospected.The research work of this paper includes the following two important parts. First, we use the virtual technology based on VRML to model the library and optimize the whole model. Second, on the basis of the 3D library model, it is good to finish the interactive experience of the readers, and complete the technology development.
