Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Training Management System Based On.NET

As social and economic development as well as the increase in the number of enterprises, increasing competition among enterprises in the competition, talent competition is fierce. Enterprises in order to achieve long-term development, we must make full use of the role of human resources, human resources play the greatest potential to help employees career path planning, enterprise value and the value of employees while achieving. In order to improve the efficiency of corporate human resources management, the most effective way is to conduct staff training, through staff training, so that employees can more quickly understand business related business knowledge, and organizational training and learning more targeted, employees can effectively promote the corporate identity, and more rapidly enhance the operational capacity of employees, and ultimately an increase in corporate profits.In this dissertation, Zhejiang Glass Company staff training situation, for the collection and analysis of user needs, and then the development of systems for a variety of new technologies for serious study, and applied to the company’s actual work, the proposed corporate training management system building programs. The program mainly uses ASP.NET technology, B/S three-tier architecture model, SQL Server database, Visual Studio platform technology for systems development. The research results include:(a) design and implementation of SMS platform functionality module, which includes single and bulk SMS text messages two sub- functions. With this module, company managers can apply to a one or more employees to send text messages, enabling employees to keep abreast of the company’s important notices and announcements, and enhance internal information exchange and sharing;(b) design and implementation of training management capabilities module, which contains the program application, approval, arrangements and evaluation of teaching, teaching evaluation view, workload statistics, student management, and other sub-functions. With this module, training, corporate training management personnel able to work during a series of co-ordinate management, improve the efficiency and quality of corporate training.Currently, corporate training management system has been in Zhejiang Glass Company Limited on-line operation, combined with the results of user feedback, the application of an effective solution to the target system the company in employee training management problems in the process, improve the company’s training efforts management status, so greatly enhanced the enthusiasm of employees, improve work efficiency.
