Teaching evaluation has become an important content of school teaching management. How scientific, comprehensive, objective and fair assessment of teachers’ ethics level and professional quality, si chuan built courtyard development and implementation of teaching assessment management system, has a certain application value.The implementation of this platform, follow the principle of software engineering, adopts document driven development way to implement. In the whole development process, my work is as follows:In the requirements phase, main function point of the system were analyzed, and USES the UML model, the role of case analysis, the module division, and in view of the function point, technical research, finally the system is divided into user management, appraisal factor management, curriculum information maintenance, data analysis, evaluation and management and evaluation module.In the system of the detailed design process, through the analysis of the ER, to design of system database table structure, and the class structure of each module and the main algorithm logic design, such as the storage structure of the questionnaire design, module business entity class structure and the design of the operation type of function, etc.In the development of the implementation and testing phase, in the process of development, with the previous guidance, the detailed design process, which is based on design documents, the three layers structure, the system has carried on the development, the development process is divided into interface module development, business logic control module development, and for the development of the business entity object; In the process of development, adhere to the principle of software engineering, the first to develop public service function, and its encapsulation, secondly points module business development. System development using c # language, language system adopts the structure of BS, ASP.net technology.
