The Design And Implementation Of Practical Teaching Management Platform

Guangdong Vocational College of Post and Telecom is a college level institution with 3 years schooling, and students in the first 2 years in school to learn the basic theoretical knowledge, the last 1 year to enter the enterprise practice, learning skills. Practice teaching management is the stage management of 1 year, including two parts, the graduation design(Thesis) management and internship management. On the one hand, in the past, teachers rely on social tools such as email, QQ, SMS and other social tools to track and manage the students' practical activities. Although it can meet the needs, but its management of a single and decentralized invisible to increase the workload of the teacher, especially in the filing of annual data, teachers need to download the file from the mail or QQ file to local and then carry out standardized naming and archiving, with college enrollment, the number of students is increasing, the operation difficulty is more and more prominent. On the other hand, as the management cannot grasp the teacher's guidance in real time and accurately assess the teacher's performance. Therefore, it is very important to build a practice teaching management platform and strengthen the management of practice teaching by means of information technology. This topic will apply the knowledge of software engineering, close to user needs, design and develop a fully functional, easy to use the practice teaching management software, to facilitate the students and teachers online interaction, improve teacher work efficiency, standardize practice teaching management work.This paper will use the software engineering knowledge, according to demand survey, demand analysis, system design, database design, coding, testing of the workflow design and develop the practice teaching management platform. At first, described the business process, through the understanding of the business process to complete the demand analysis, and then use the UML technology to complete the system each module use case diagram, sequence diagram, state diagram design, at the same time to complete the database design, and list the design ideas and principles of the main table structure, finally, using ASP.NET programming language encoding and test the system, complete the development work of the practice teaching management platform.Practice teaching management platform strictly follow the software project development process, fully respect the needs of users, to ensure the feasibility of the system. On this basis, system in the implementation process to fully consider the user's experience, satisfy user's operating habits, turned the navigation clear, and made the operation fast and easy. The application and promotion of the platform is not only conducive to grasp the actual situation and management of college students, but also for teachers and students to provide online interactive communication channels, help students to solve problems encountered in the practical work, to ensure that students can apply their knowledge, truly meet the needs of enterprise talent development.
