ASP.NET-based Video Attendance Management System Design And Implementation

With the rapid development of economic society, human capital has become the enterprise competition of the main line, by encouraging employees to fully release the potential of employees is one of the core modules in human capital management, and the use of intelligent system of check on work attendance for improve employees’ attendance management important way is the release of potential employees. Traditional paper attendance system already moss-grown, the commonly used fingerprint attendance system, IC card attendance system also exposes its disadvantages, application technology and a very high concentration of the cost of cornea attendance system has become the burden of small and medium-sized enterprises is not conducive to the promotion, the combination of network and computer video attendance management system arises at the historic moment, compared with the attendance system, video attendance system more quick, convenient, friendly to users at the same time, so the sustained attention of enterprise human capital management.This paper studies the main content includes the following several aspects:First, analyzed the video attendance system development background, significance and the feasibility, based on the research of malpractice of traditional attendance system put forward the function of video attendance management system and requirements.Second, this paper introduces the design idea and function module of video attendance record for the implementation of the method, and done a lot of video attendance management system requirements analysis.Third, the key technology of system involved in research, theoretical basis, from the point of view of technology feasibility study, economic feasibility studies two aspects has carried on the development of theoretical analysis, and according to the principle of human visual texture of perception, the texture characterization(GMTR) was proposed based on Gabor amplitude of face recognition method, this method from Gabor amplitude explore the texture characteristics of human face, using Gabor gamma distribution(ΓD) amplitude distribution of fitting ΓD parameters as the texture feature, in carrying out experiments on FERET and Yale face database verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.Finally, in the face recognition algorithm based on video attendance management system was put forward multi-layer architecture design idea, five layers architecture system diagram is given, using ASP.NET language and SQL Server 2005 database for the specific function module design, has developed a set of face recognition based on ASP.NET video attendance management system, and through experimental tests verify the effectiveness of the system.Tests show that the texture characterization based on Gabor amplitude(GMTR) face recognition method based on the development of video attendance management system based on ASP.NET can implement the intelligent of the employees’ attendance management, to meet the needs of enterprises and institutions of modern human resources management.
