Super smart station provided an excellent solution for geological survey which came in twentieth Century ninety. This instrument is a mapping operation using an integration instrument which based on the development of smart station. It has the capabilities of distance and angle measurement as smart station and also has GPS positioning capability that can operate interdependent from the equable station. Based on the characteristics of less limitation and lower cost of measuring, it has been widely used in geology and engineering measurement field.With the development of urban transportation construction, nowadays underground rail transport increasingly appeared in China’s major cities. In the construction process of the underground rail transportation, comprehensive measurements of carrying traffic tunnel are necessary; the measurement data is an important reference to guide the construction and engineering evaluation, so as to avoid the economic damage caused by the collapse and casualties. Super smart station instrument with its unique advantages, has already been widely applied to the construction of city underground rail transit survey work. But because the function of super smart station software is limited, it still needs long-term observation by person, examples of automatic measurement are seldom, and the data still needs a lot of calculation and comparison. Super smart station can’t do a job with skill and ease in the underground rail transportation construction. Based on the above reasons, this paper aiming at construction of Harbin subway tunnel measurement, which using Leica company(Switzerland) production of TSll-SIRF4 Super smart station as a measuring device to realized the automatic measurement and data processing in the measurement of deformation of subway tunnel. Therefore, the integration of software super smart station instrument is divided into two parts as deformation measurement and automatic tunnel measurement data processing. Through the study of the principle and algorithm of super smart station instrument in tunnel survey, the automatic deformation measurement algorithm integration software super smart station, research on data processing method of tunnel measurement and then, determine the processing algorithm integration software measuring data. Finally, through the GBStudio development platform and Survey Office plug-in, with Delphi7 development platform, completed the design and code of the super smart station integration software, so as to realize the establishment of measurement points, determining section, tunnel measuring and data processing automation process.The test results showed that, the super smart station integration measuring software designed in this paper can achieve the measurement and analysis of tunnel section, which can meet the construction of one part of Harbin subway tunnel measurement work demands, appeared certain practical significance. The software used in the subway construction in Harbin with the ability of accurate measurement, quick data processing and visual expression that achieved good effects. The design method of software has model significance and reference value for this type of super smart station in other applications.
