3G Mobile Survey Design And Implementation Of Assessment System

Especially,3G have obvious advantages of the treatment of images, music, video and other forms of mediaCompared with the fast development of vehicle insurance business, But the problems in the vehicle insurance claims part, such as poor service quality, long processing time, low efficiency, high loss rate, have restricted the healthy development of the vehicle insurance business.We design the3G mobile suvey and setting loss system. Under the guidance of the claim staff, the customer shoots a video of the scene and pictures by using his3G smartphone and sends the video to the terminal of the claim staff. The surveyor can complete survey, setting loss, checking price. This can really simplifying the claims process, and improve efficiency.We analyzed some key technology, such as collecting of mobile video, transmitting of data, client software. Some functions of modules are elaborated in this paper, such as scheduling, surveying and setting loss.This system can manage timelyand rapidly loss process of claims of many repair units. And it will support on-line measuring and claim settlement, and support diffirent surveying operation.3G mobile surveying system will also realize the multimediacommunication technology, wireless technology and mobile field as a whole.3G mobile surveying system, will greatly improve processing speed of the micro cases, decrease the traffic jam, and improve customer satisfaction.
