At present, security patrol management relatively backward in the country, and information technology guard means is not established. Therefore, the use of information technology tools to build Social Security Protection System has a positive meaning in the fight against crime, prevention, harm social stability and curb all kinds of crime and security incidents, and promote social security and stability, community harmony.Firstly, the thesis analyzes the background of the status of Social Security Protection System built at home and abroad on the issue under review, and proposed building management system Social Security Protection significance and value.Second, the paper introduced the technologies and tools used in system design.The system used B / S three-tier architecture design, and the client application uses Jsp technology and Android technologies, and databases use the Mysql.Third, we conducted a comprehensive system needs analysis from the Social Security Protection System using personnel requirements and system functional requirements, etc..On the basis of the needs analysis, we conducted an overview of the system design including the division of functions, system architecture design and system database design.In the part of the detailed design of the system, we focuses on the design of the system function modules, system implementation process flow diagram, and a three-layer structure design.Social Security Protection management system consists of "security management system" and "security patrol system" composed of two subsystems.Security Management System prevention and control of major users is Public Security officers, is the backbone of this system,including the "fixed-point inspections Management", "mobile patrol management", "patrol log management", "mobile patrol Information Map" and other major functional modules.This subsystem using Jsp technology development and mainly running on PC. "Security patrol system" is the primary user security patrol team, and is the information collection terminal and command the receiving end of the system,including "mobile patrol", "GPS positioning", "System Management" and other major functional modules.The subsystem used Android development, and mainly run on smart mobile devices.Fourth, the paper briefly describes the system testing from a test environment to build, test items, test results, etc..Finally, the work done by a summary of the subject, and to improve and perfect the system maderecommendations to determine the next target.
