B2C on-line supermarket is displayed through the internet as a platform, order online, delivery offline, which is a new B2C e-commerce. When bringing the huge profits for the company owner, B2C on line supermarket asks for much higher requirements for the inventory management in supply chain management. Because of the rapidness and uncertainty of the sales, the inventory management is always the difficult area in supply chain management. Nowadays, the entry of E-business quicken the selling speed and bring more uncertainty elements for sales. It’s hard for the people who manage the supply chain to control his/her stock without the support of data accuracy, which will cause serious situation of out of stock or overstock. For B2C on line supermarket, they require higher level management for the inventory control in supply chain process.This thesis will analyze the difficulty and the problem for the inventory management of B2C on line supermarket and discuss following below steps:firstly, we will study the inventory management of B2C on line supermarket. Work out the different stock strategy and design the model of stock controlling accordingly to the different types of goods. Then analyze the system demanding, confirm the basic system function through analyzing and describing the process of inventory management. And illustrate the related data table, design and explain the principle of data base access. Finally, finish the whole system by implement and test the system.
