Design And Implementation Of Command And Control System Of Traffic Police Forpublic Security Bureau Of Weifang City

According to the unified deployment, the highway information management and the public security bureau traffic police detachment of Wei fang city have commanded center information resources which have been realized the interconnection and resources sharing. That will be just used for the Wei fang government emergency command center. In order to ensure the demand of the traffic police command scheduling, that will be combined with GIS geographic information system, GPS global positioning system(GPS) and established the traffic police detachment command scheduling system. The public security command center will provide effective resources to decision making and the policemen on duty to use, that may increase the efficiency of the actual combat which is particularly important. Therefore, based on digital trunking communications, the command scheduling system has been designed in the thesis.Firstly, this thesis has analyzed the data set adopted by the communication technology, GIS and information system with the system development technology. Based on the data set and using ASP.NET development technology, the command scheduling system has been established. According to the current research situation of scheduling command system, the demand of command scheduling system has been analyzed. The command has dispatched management information data acquisition, basic functions, the system analysis of cases and performance requirements. Secondly, the thesis has analyzed the overall architecture of command scheduling system design, including the system general structure, function module, network topology structure design. And the system model, data flow diagram, the final design system database table, e-r diagram and the stored procedure, especially the designing of system management business data operation process have been designed. Finally, the function of scheduling command system have been realized, respectively as dispatcher station login in the system such as the basic information maintenance, marshaling information maintenance and scheduling functions, member management, parameter setting, map operation, mobile users, call operation realized, such as log management module, and system test and analysis, the function of the system use cases and running performance tests, test and analysis results. The statistical data shows that the realization of the scheduling command system conform to the requirements of the demand analysis.The command scheduling system which is the trend of The Times has been established basing on the digital trunking communication technology. By the public security department command scheduling management and service platform of synergy, that will be from the public security department management efficiency directly and indirectly. System based on GIS integration design and development will improve the scheduling command system, practicability and convenience greatly. For the realization of the public security departments cooperative network, that will improve the level of command and dispatch, and provide a powerful technical support for the public personal security system.
