In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet of things and continuous penetration in manufacturing industry,Internet of Manufacturing Things(IOMT)technology has become an important trend in the development of manufacturing industry.As a modern integrated intelligent material handling system,automatic guided vehicle(AGV)system has a wide application prospect.In this paper,the key technologies of the multi-AGVS scheduling for IOMT are studied.Main innovation achievements are as following:Firstly,multi-AGVS architecture is designed for IOMT according to its characteristics,including the control architecture and the AGV control architecture.Secondly,for the problem of task dispatching for IOMT job shop,a shop floor model is established,and a dynamic hierarchical dispatching rule is put forward.The task dispatching process is divided into control center layer and AGV search execution layer.In the control center layer,real-time task priority is adjusted to avoid low priority tasks being neglected for a long time.A task binding method is designed to reduce AGV's empty distance.Considering the output buffer capacity of workstations,deadlock avoidance principle is applied to complete the task preprocessing.In the AGV search execution layer,AGV requests task independently according to task priority and minimized the empty distance,and makes task decision by control center.Finally,the validity and superiority of the proposed rules are proved by simulation.Then,a two stages of the path planning method to AGV independently routing is advanced in this paper.In the off-line phase,use the improved Dijkstra algorithm to generate path library.In the online stage,put forward the evaluation function to achieve multi-objective optimization,and combined with traffic management,to avoid AGV collision.Finally,on the basis of theoretical research,the theories and methods above are applied to an AGVS for the electricity metes intensified verification system in certain province.The control system software is developed and the control system scheduling scheme is proposed.The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is proved by simulation and system operation.
