The development of network technology has driven the rapid development of communication technology,and humans have gradually entered into the information age.Under this background,higher requirements have been raised on command dispatch system as an important management method for governments and enterprise units.With the development of wired / wireless technology,computer technology,and the rapid rise of audio and video processing technology,these information technologies have shown a trend of mutual integration and common development in the command dispatch system.However,due to the imperfect functions in the traditional command dispatch system,the command and scheduling system shows the disadvantages of low flexibility and poor stability.Therefore,in order to further improve the performance of the command dispatch system,the voice fusion dispatching system than can realize interconnection in multiple communication methods,such as mobile phones,satellite phones,two way radio,and SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)phones,needs to be built,which could become an inevitable trend in emergency command and production dispatch.This article first analyzes and researches the existing voice scheduling system in today's society.On this basis,it analyzes and introduces the SIP protocol that supports network communication.Based on the specific development needs of the current voice scheduling system and the previous research results of the research group,the voice fusion scheduling system based on SIP protocol was studied in depth.This thesis mainly studies and discusses the voice fusion scheduling system in three aspects:(1)Priority scheduling strategy.The priority scheduling strategy can solve the problem of phone allocation in voice scheduling system to an emergency;(2)Based on the priority scheduling algorithm,a new call strategy is proposed to better unify point-to-point calls and group call,which could ensure the stability of the system;(3)In order to ensure that participants can better receive the voices of others during the conference call,this thesis uses a centralized mixing structure and proposes an improved mixing algorithm to ensure call quality.Based on the research and analysis of the above three key technologies,the overall framework of the voice fusion scheduling system is proposed,and then the most importantSIP server in the voice fusion scheduling system is designed,and the functions of the voice fusion scheduling system are further expanded module.Finally,the main functions of the speech fusion scheduling system studied in this thesis and the improved mixing algorithm are tested by using the existing network environment of the laboratory.The results show that the basic functions and the performance of improved mixing speech fusion scheduling system has reached the expected effect,and further improve the high reliability and stability of the voice fusion scheduling system.
