State grid "SG186" project human resource management as a key construction business, have a clear requirement for human resources informationization work tasks at the same time is also very heavy. State grid corporation actively work to its intensive, fine management, at the same time facing the construction headquarters of the management center and the center for strategic decision making, task, is an urgent need to accelerate the construction of company’s human resources comprehensive report subsystem. This topic with scientific human resources management related principle and theoretical basis, and according to the actual situation of chongqing electric power company, and study of the current domestic and foreign human resources management system, human resources report system and construction of the theoretical basis of the general situation, summarize and put forward the comprehensive situation of chongqing electric power company human resources comprehensive report subsystem. Human resources comprehensive report requirement analysis and system design, the use at home and abroad is very mature UML modeling system requirements and design, and complete the program of layered architecture using the MVC design pattern, reduce the coupling [1]. This paper introduces the function modules of the human resources comprehensive report subsystem are: organization structure management module, attendance management module, performance management module, employee management module, payroll management module, training management and recruitment management module. Comprehensive report subsystem of human resources will in chongqing electric power company manage data related to the human resource management, in order to achieve data sharing, for the purpose of solving the current company dispersion as well as the repeated problems such as data. In order to reduce the company cost, improve work efficiency, to achieve "people-oriented, fine management".
