With the increasing level of national defense construction and the modernization of radar equipment,the scientific and reasonable allocation of radar equipment logistics support resources plays an important role in ensuring the combat effectiveness of radar equipment.Based on the actual problems existing in the demand management of radar maintenance spare parts,the paper studies the demand forecast methods of spare parts under different maintenance support work modes from the perspective of radar failure prediction.The main work and innovations of the thesis are reflected in:(1)Analyzed the causes of excessive spare parts and insufficient spare parts,respectively proposed the concepts and formulation methods of regular spare parts demand plan and random spare parts demand plan.According to the frequency of historical faults of radar components,solutions for the forecast of spare parts demand were given.(2)Analyzed the relationship between different maintenance support modes and the number of spare parts,adopted the update process model,the inhomogeneous Poisson process model,the general maintenance support mode model and the CG maintenance support mode model,and formulated the regular maintenance mode under the corresponding maintenance mode.The spare parts demand plan has solved the problem of excess spare parts and verified with examples.(3)Apply the VAR model to predict the operating parameters of radar components and predict component failures.By establishing the relationship between radar failures and spare parts,the random procurement plan for spare parts was established,and the problem of insufficient spare parts was solved,and examples were used for verification.(4)Designed the process of formulating the spare parts demand plan,applied programming technology and big data technology to develop the radar operation and maintenance big data analysis research platform,took the preparation of the spare parts demand plan as a part of the platform,and implemented the method proposed in the paper.The theoretical research results of the thesis have been applied to engineering practice through the radar operation and maintenance big data research platform.Practice has proved that the system can play an effective support role for the army's spare parts demand plan formulation and has good engineering application value.
