Design And Realization Of Enterprise It Equipment Management System

Nowadays, IT technology is in the rapid development process, a lot of companies have launched IT equipments, more comprehensive and more functional. OA intelligent popularization increasing widely. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the equipment management level if the enterprises concentrating in IT want to speed up their development.Enterprise continues to expand, gradually integrates into the enterprise’s daily operation, which makes the enterprise fixed assets value of IT asset value share increasing. The enhancement of IT equipment management level will lead whole business operation, so as to improve the enterprise’s market competitiveness and comprehensive strength. Based on the enterprise business requirements and functional requirements, a detailed analysis of the current situation and development trend of the enterprise management information system of IT equipment will be designed and developed a set of enterprise equipment management system in IT(based on B/S mode)in this paper.The specific contents are as follows:1. According to the analysis of IT equipment management information system development background, collection of domestic and foreign IT equipment management information system, analysis of the current problems, the featured enterprise IT equipment management information system will be proposed combing with the practical requirements of enterprises.2.According to the summary of IT system requirements, the business process analysis of IT equipment management system, practical IT equipment management mode is researched effectively. Functional module partition will be referred to a specific model, from top to bottom, adopting the modular design idea. The function modules of this system include my task box, purchasing module, configuration management, fault management, scrapped management, query statistics, SMS platform. Among these, the SMS platform module is the key part of the system design.3. Technical configuration and functional mode. The division of system function mode will be based on the design of Back-end database analysis of the IT equipmentmanagement system, which include the conception design, logic design, and the SMS platform etc.4. The technology of JSP and Postgresql is helped to achieve the IT equipment management information system, which has the function of SMS inquiry and approval.
