Reseach On Microblogging Information Dissemination In Public Emergencies

Our country is in a period of economic transition and social transformation, facing a complex contradiction, thus there is a possibility of all kinds of public emergency’s occering whenever and wherever. Our country is in a high frequency stage of public emergency, and the frequency increases obviously. In recent years, the rapid rising makes microblogging the favorite information dissemination method, and objects with microblogging information dissemination researches will also be one of the popular topics of researchers. It shows different transmission characteristic of public emergency in the era of new media information dissemination, disseminator participation, and discourse power distribution, at this time. Based on the dissipative structure theory、 chaos theory and catastrophe theory, this article analysised the communication effect and the way of the quantitative conclusion microblogging dissemination characteristics, putting forward the measures for government in dealing with the public emergency. This article can be divided into three parts.The first part is the summary of public emergency and the spread of microblogging. This part includes the current situation of public emergency in our country, the characteristics of each factor and the spread of microblogging function and characteristics, introducing the basic situation of the scope, the research background, etc.The second part is the stage division of public emergency, spreading factor analysis and information diffusion characteristics analysis, which took Shifang incident as an example. This part elaborates the characteristics of each stage, the questionnaire survey and content analysis method, combined with small depth interview on sina microbloggin. The author researched five elements of the dissemination about Shifang incident, summarized its characteristics. Basing on the results above, the author researched the information diffusion path, transmission mode and information diffusion dynamics.The third part is the strategies for gavorment, which introduced a set of indicators for monitoring the public opinions in microblogging.According to the author’s investigation, the communicators are mostly male, which ages 18-45. They usually get good education, live in prosperous cities, and are used to get imformation from microblogging, and spread it in real word. The microblogging contents of public emergency are mainly express opinions, which is different from the traditional media. Users get information by following or system pushing.Public emergency information is spreaded by a mode called non-center node, and there is no absolutely opinion leader, but has its key users. And also, it presents a characterasitic of condensation-dissipation, which spread information from bottom to up with energy dissipation. This special communication mode comes from the gathering momentum of information fragment, power of node, and complementary power of the connection of strength and weakens part in information dissemination.Government shoud establish corresponding indexes in public emergency monitoring, establish and improve the relevant policies and regulations, communicate with users in right role, pay attention to on-line congmunication and the traditional media, so as to provide survise for nomal people well..
