With the first computer appearing in the 1950 s, computer and related technology had been greatly developed. Especially in recent years, the booming number of PC makes computer science becoming so important in our life. In 1960 s, computer applications got involved in the study of human resource. The study of Human Resource Management System(HRMS) in foreign country is based on theoretical basis, which had been stepped into the fourth generation at the beginning of the twentieth century. However, the corresponding technology of HRMS in our country is undeveloped, and the artificial semi-automatic style in human resource management is still very common.This HRMS is based on the B/S structure which has achieved a highly efficient personnel management system functions with browser/server model, updating message, setting a password, wages and bonuses paid to statistics, and so on. Functions improving business efficiency and competitiveness will meet with the needs of modern business management.The system has used the JSP language, which has the feature of better inter-platform and is used for free compared with the ASP. The database has get the Microsoft SQL Server 2005, which is more safer and stable than SQL Server 2000. In this system, through the integration of resources in human resources, the design, and the development of the core modules including process management, data access, information presentation, and the application to a number of enterprises, and after repeated testing, deployment, testing and improved, finally, an available system has been developed.
