With The Implementation Of The Ma Anshan Electric Power Company Cash Flow Management System Design

W ith the continuous development of Chinese econom y, the requirem ents of national foundation industry to further improve the power company, to keep pace with the development of footsteps, perfecting sy stem reform. In the m anagement model of modern fast rhythm, high requirements of th e company, part of the b ackward system can not meet the needs of the com pany, therefore changing the company management model has becom e the m ost urgent problem. The com pany financial m anagement system and the characteristics of the current era of information combination, especially the management of cash flow and the more cutting-edge software integration technology, through the analysis of dem and, using NetBeans, MyEclips, Eclipse, MFC as software development tools, use of the existing de velopment framework, module code, finally integrated together, again through the software packag e, and various tests were performed on the software, and then reach the purpose of software development.In this paper, through the collection of domestic and international companies in the control of cash flow m anagement experience, combined with the rela ted theory, research on social comparison of m ature cash flow m anagement software, m ake the management of cash flow- control system and related R & D plan. The main research content includes the following parts. Firstly, analysis of daily work flow of Ma’ anshan electric power company financial management; secondly, according to the development condition of Ma’anshan electric power company, from the function, performance, safety and other aspects, a com prehensive analysis, confirmed the system development environment and business environm ent; again through each system module, and each module to staff was modified and improved, confirm the main software development uses; and through the relevant theory, the design of the database E-R diagram and list of files, combined with A SP.NET, B/S three layer structure system and SQL server database programming interface code and the function of the code, th e realization of every module; finally, to to tes t the database using T est Bytes; on the application performance is optimized using Eco tools su ch as Scope, Mercury Interactive(MI) do white box testing, black box tes ting to do with Rational’ s Team Test, dynamic test with the Compuware company’s Dev software Partne r, the s tatic test with the T elelogic company’s Logiscope software, do the func tion test with Q TP, using LOADRUNNER do performance testing, testing m anagement tool, using Rational’s Te St Manager. All the test results show that: the system meet the design requirements.
