The Design And Implementation Of Construction Projects Dynamic Management System For Weifang City

With the rapid development of computer technology, the concept of the city digitization has arisen combining with the region that belongs to city level and it becomes the planning focus of many cities. In this period, I must mention that the management of city construction projects occupies a large proportion of city planning. The city construction project is the backbone of city development, which includes not only the road construction, but also the construction of urban greening and others. The Weifang City needs a unified management system to facilitate the city’s construction projects to greatly improve the efficiency of the management of the construction project in such a developed background. First of all, the system uses the overall architecture of the B/S in the technical aspects and users need to access the system through the browser client.In the process of developing, struts2is a framework for the entire project and it easily forms MVC development framework through the integrated content. In the process of database development, hibernate is used that is better cooperation with struts2and it processes data in the way of object oriented. In the development of the page, we use page design mode, css and div, which makes the page more flexible and more extensible.Two parts of the system dynamic management of construction projects in Weifang City were achieved in system functions that are construction and supervision enterprises dynamic management of project information systems personnel information collection. The former includes information add and image capture for project manager, security officer, staff in scene management and workers. The latter includes the director of personnel information add.The system testing results shows that the system basically meets the management needs of the urban construction project business for the Weifang City. The system implements the management of urban construction projects electronically. On the one hand, it is beneficial to achieve unified management of all construction projects in Weifang City, on the other hand, the implementation process of a construction project is open, transparent and it can withstand public scrutiny. The system is running well with highly efficient and the effect is significant. In short, the whole system deployment and application desperately improves the efficiency of Weifang City construction project management, reduces costs, and accelerates steps of Weifang city in construction and the city digitization.
