With the rapid development of information technology, enterprise information processes in factories are constantly deepening. Along with this process, control requirements for all forms of energy production and consumption of the factory also have a more in-depth requirements. Every factory wants to understand their energy consumption and record them down as much as possible during production. This energy report system can collect the real-time datas in the plant DCS, and show report for different level user by permission model. The information includes process of the production of water, electricity, gas and other energy consumption. Using the system, a variety of energy analysis can be fine compared to every team’s energy use. Through data mining and other means, the system can automatically provide an intuitive energy saving scientific basis for enterprises, and it can further reduce the level of corporate governance and to further improve operating costs. The system Client is based on SilverLight 4.0, the data communication model uses WCF framework, the System Server uses C# to development, and back-end database uses SQL Server 2008 database and own real-time database. Adopting Front Silverlight technology, we overcome the defects of the traditional B/S structure, such as the application server stress, unable to push data to client and the poor show display. Through the data mining in the backend server, the system can automatically analyze the impact of energy on product quality and yield, and can help business to make some decisions; RBAC permissions module implements an access control framework, which getting the maximum extent reduce to the degree of the coupling between the access control and other business logic module, and which can improve the robustness, maintainability and scalability of the system. This system has been running in a chlor-alkali factory, and operation is normal.
