Design And Implementation Of Report Management System

With the increase of the amount of data,the report management system has become an irreplaceable tool for analyzing report data.The data analysis results of the report management system have become one of the reference data for the decision maker,and the results also reflect the correctness of the decision.The system was developed to meet the company's need of analysing the report data of business.The system mainly includes the storage part of the report data,the analysis part of the report data and the presentation part of the report data.I was responsible for the development of multidimensional data analysis and data presentation of the report management system on personal-computer side(PC-side)during the internship.Through the multidimensional analysis of data,the report analysis part can dig out the new knowledge contained in the data.The report presentation part shows the results of the data analysis in a variety ways to the decision maker.In the development of report management system,I am responsible for the specific module,including report management module,report configuration module,system management module,report operation monitoring module and information center module.Specific works are as follows.(1)Participate in the requirement analysis phase of the report management system.The functional and non functional aspects of the system are analyzed in the stage of requirement analysis.(2)Completed the summary of the report management system design and data table structure design.According to the requirement of the requirement analysis,this paper makes a summary design of each function point of the report management system and the data table structure design.(3)Completed the detailed design of the report management system.According to the design of the system,the system is designed in detail.(4)The data analysis and data display.According to the detailed design of the system and the design of the database table structure,the module of the system is realized.(5)Completed the system test.The white box testing and black box testing are used to test the business logic and function of the system.Report management system has now been successfully implemented and deployed,and runs well.The company has used the system for data analysis,and all functions of the system meet the requirements of the company.By using this system,not only the data can be analyzed more comprehensively,but also the efficiency of data analysis can be improved.
