| After our country entered the period of social transition, various social problems are prominent. Citizens’ awareness of their rights are growing along with the national democratic policy improving and the rapid development of network information technology. Politics by internet become a new channel of people’s participation in politics and express demands and the government learn about the people, gathering wisdom and scientific decision-making. Zhongyuan network "Xin Tong Bridge" as the city’s grassroots political channel reflects the living social situation, and their innovation management of localization in network is an actively exploring. The author selected "Xin Tong Bridge" as the research object and the “5w mode of Lasswell” for outline, using empirical research means, establishing scientific indexes to analysis posts quantitatively. At the same time the author posted the network questionnaire of directional users, trying to sort out the information dissemination mechanism of politics by internet and estimate the effect objectively about politics by internet of "Xin Tong Bridge" in present stage.Comprehensive survey results, the effect of politics by internet of "Xin Tong Bridge" is limited, it is not so good as expected. The author thinks it is mainly because the management departments lack of awareness of service and "knowledge gap" phenomenon.Therefore, the author thinks to ask government departments to implement the performance appraisal system and to fill the "knowledge gap" is key measures. In addition, officials changing the style of writing and protecting people’s privacy and people enhancing the scientific cultural accomplishment and expression ability of politics by internet and channel to strengthen supervisory dynamics and enriching the content of mobile media and promoting website production level are several means for improvement.
