Today, energy issues have been an important factor in the development of our national economy. If we can do with energy management, not only can reduce energy use, but also reduce energy costs related to corporate spending, decrease the generation cost of industrial production.With the social development, increased enterprise demand for energy increased significantly, statistics and analysis of energy use have gone far beyond the capabilities of artificial statistics alone. Therefore, develop an efficient statistical system of enterprise energy consumption. The relevant person, who in charge of each enterprise, can input and manage the energy use data through the Internet by themselves. In this case can reduce the statisticians burden and greatly improving the work efficiency.The thesis is divided into an introduction, requirements analysis, design, and Summary and future prospects of four parts. Requirement analysis and design parts are the whole point of the thesis, these two chapters carried on the requirement analysis of detailed business, function and database work to the whole system, and use the methods, such as UML model, database model...Etc. to design the system overall and its modules, included Report template creation of enterprise energy consumption, data fill of enterprise energy consumption, summarization of data, report management of energy consumption, energy consumption release and back-stage management. The UML modeling aspect used the package diagram, class diagram, sequence diagrams, flow chart and other standards, that fully reflects the structural division of the entire system and data processing.
