Study On The Construction Of Personal Information Environment Based On Web2.0

With the development of network and information technology, the way people obtain and use information is also constantly changing. With the Web2.0 environment, all kinds of information service platform and channel provide users with convenience, changing the user’s identity, at the same time the user’s personal information environment has also changed. Under the web environment, the user is not only the information receiver, but also the creator, publisher and disseminator of information. The shift of identity, in fact, is closely related with the tools and platform of Web2.0 environment.The basic platform like Blog, Wiki, SNS, RSS, provide users with the platform of information creation,communication and management platform.However, with the development of Web2.0 information technology and the increasing of information resources, the user’s personal information environment has become more and more complicated. Explosive growth, on the one hand, information resources,and the information structure grow complicatedly, the type of information become more and more and the information distribution, which increased the difficulty of the users to select information, and user’s personal information environment also become complicated. On the other hand, management of the information service platform and the channel under Web2.0 is also unceasingly increased. In the face of chaotic information environment, the users co-action ability isn’t equal to their ambition. In the web environment, therefore, to build an easy management and use of personal information environment has the reality significance.In this paper,it analyzed the characteristic of personal Web2.0 information environment under Web2.0.And the users behavior under Web2.0 environment has a brief analyze, which constructed on the basis of personal information of desktop environment, namely the RSS reader based on desktop and End Note literature environment of the personal information management software architecture, from two aspects and analyze the the structure and function, at the same time it presented the methods to solve the problems of the security and the measures.In this paper, the structure is divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction, mainly discusses the research background, research significance, research methods and the ideas, at the same time it puts forward the innovation points and difficulties of this paper.The second chapter is the summarize of the personal information in the Web2.0 environment, mainly study the concept of personal information environment, the information environment characteristics under Web2.0 environment, and analyzes the user’s information demand and information behavior.In the third chapter it builds a personal information construction based on Web2.0 environment, setting construction goals in personal information environment.From analysing the function and ability,it puts forward the possible security problems and solutions.The fourth chapter is about the problems under Web2.0 information environment construction.We should pay attention to it, including user-centered principle, the principle of convenient and quick, and sticks to the combination of the 20-80 rule and the long tail theory.The fifth chapter is based on Web2.0 information environment building examples, in the case of actual personal information environment for the actual operation.The sixth chapter is the conclusion, it is the summary and outlook of the whole paper.
